  Engine control module locked (immobilizer)

  The immobilizer has not released the engine computer, so the engine will not start or starts for a second or two and then cuts out.

  2. 02Engine computer or instrument cluster replaced and not adapted
  3. 03Faulty immobilizer reader coil around the ignition lock
  4. 04Low battery voltage while cranking
